Similar to many other animes, Taiho Shichauzo! has a Playstation game of its own. Released on March 29, 2001, it is an adventure-type game where one of the main objectives is to make sure that the people in Bokuto Station’s jurisdiction is kept happy. The player achieves this by going to various incidents during patrol modes (wherein the user gets to decide which police officer would take which route) and helping the citizens as much as he can.

During character interaction moments, the player controls newcomer Arisugawa Ryosuke, who was assigned by Headquarters to the Bokuto Police Station to investigate on what seemed to be a hacker entering into the police information database. Aside from his mission, he also has to worry about his younger sister Chiharu. His personality is ultimately up to the user to decide, as the player makes numerous choices for him throughout the game.
